Aromatic Profile: Piura cocoa from the San Juan de Bigote area is distinguished by its characteristic medium acidity typical of citrus fruits such as tangerines and oranges, notes of malt, slightly sweet with the flavor of honey and panela, creamy milk with the presence of nuts at the end and spices. Light touch of tobacco. Good cocoa flavor.

Origin: VRAEM-CUZCO. Region located in the center-south of the Peruvian Amazon and in the heart of the ancient Inca Empire. The ruins of Machu Picchu are surrounded by tropical forests where the valley of the Apurimac, Ene and Mantaro rivers are located, and the presence of cocoa plantations dating back to imperial times. Extraordinary Creole cocoa with very complex characteristics that makes it unique.
